How we started
The company, incorporated in Japan, is founded by a well-travelled couple from Singapore who fell in love with the beautiful powder snow and magnificent scenery in Niseko. Since 2009, they have vacationed in Niseko every year.
In 2015, they launched Kozue, their first boutique condo development in Niseko, becoming Singapore's first condotel developers in Niseko.
Having often travelled with their children in tow and sometimes with extended families and friends, they relish family bonding time but also understand the logistical hassles that come with family retreats.
Design approach
Building design and service therefore centres on the experience of its guests.
Generous layouts with magnificent views of nature enable guests to relax in nature's sanctuary, while relishing the homely comforts of modern amenities.
Bespoke services in a boutique development provide guests with a sense of privacy and exclusivity while experiencing the best of Niseko.
Upcoming
Yamakei Residences was successfully completed in January 21.
Featuring only twelves luxurious residences, each with a private onsen, Yamakei will be Niseko's newest boutique onsen development open for operations this winter 2022/23.
